Case Against Chamber Dismissed, Possibly to Be Reopened

Mostly about wages and job status, the case of a former director of the Machias Bay Area Chamber of Commerce against the chamber was recently dismissed. 

“It was never about the money,” said Kathy Howell last week, in discussing her case filed against the MBACC in June 2014. “I realized that not only was I not getting paid, but they were never going to reinstate my salary.”
